Sevenoaks Stylish Modern House.

We were contacted by the landscaper to cost out the macadam works and resin to this hi-spec modern house in Sevenoaks.

After initial budget costings were quoted and excepted with a colour, we arrived on site to survey the drive and presented the end client with samples. Once she saw the many different colours available, she swiftly picked out the colour Scallop as it would sympathetically tie in well with the brickwork and glass to the house.

Colour and costs agreed, a date for the install was set, however due to that time of year the temperature was getting colder and install days for the resin were getting few and far between. So, it was decided to install the macadam to the drive, so the client had a firm base to walk and drive on, with a view to find the right day to install the resin. Macadam was installed without a problem and great consideration and timings of the install were giving to the houses at the end of the street as we would block the roadway in and out of the entrance to their houses. As we got closer to Christmas, there was a break in the weather and temperature around the 10^th of December, to which the client asked, “Any chance Santa can arrange to get the resin done” and her wishes were answered. Installation went without any issues with plenty of good weather to see the resin cure properly.

True Grip Installed 164m2 of 70mm thick open course macadam and Addagrip Stonebound Resin colour Scallop 18mm thick.
