True Grip recently partnered with a new client in Egham to deliver the perfect finishing touch for a stunning, highly stylish single-storey contemporary home.

The homeowner wanted to complement the property’s architecture with clean, sleek lines and a distinctly modern aesthetic, while ensuring the entrance still felt warm and inviting. After exploring several options, they selected Addagrip’s 6mm Tuscan Pebble. The subtle red hues within this specific blend perfectly balanced contemporary design with a warm, welcoming curb appeal.

To ensure a flawless finish, meticulous ground preparation is vital. Working in collaboration with the client, the project was professionally set out, levels carefully adjusted, and metal edgings and sub-bases installed. Our specialist macadam team arrived on-site to lay a premium porous base, ensuring excellent drainage and stability. Due to ongoing local planning permissions regarding the exact positioning of the final entrance gates, the macadam element had to be temporarily paused. However, we ensured the client was left with a clean, fully functional base to walk and drive on in the interim.

Once final planning approval was granted, the structural piers were built and the rolling electric gate was seamlessly set into place. With the gate infrastructure secured, our team returned to smoothly complete the final sections of the macadam base.

Resin installation requires precise timing and perfect weather conditions. After monitoring local forecasts, we coordinated a definitive installation date with the client.
